Talent Tree acts solely as a technology facilitator connecting talents and recruiters.

The Company does not guarantee auditions, employment, income, or selection.

Only individuals aged 18 years or above may register.

All fees paid are non-refundable.

Payment does not guarantee any opportunity or assignment.

All information and images submitted must be true and owned by the Talent.

Talent Tree conducts only basic sanity checks, not background verification.

All auditions and meetings occur outside the platform.

The Company bears no responsibility for outcomes, disputes, or misconduct.

Talent Tree shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use.

These Terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore.
